Scope

These terms apply when you use 3DigitalForge. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.

Orders and pricing

Prices include applicable taxes shown at checkout. Orders bind once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to reject orders that fail manual review (e.g. unprintable files or violating IP).

Custom prints

You warrant that you have the right to print any model you upload. Files you upload are used only to fulfil your order and live in your private library.

Intellectual property

All site code, copy, and catalogue designs are our property. Models you upload remain yours.

Liability

We take care, but our liability for defective parts is capped at the order value. Engineering-critical use is at your own risk — test before deploying.

Governing law

Portuguese law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Lisbon.
