Materials we print
Engineering-grade FDM and resin in seven materials. Pick the right one based on the part's job — we'll happily advise.

Print technologies
FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) — our default. Layer-by-layer extrusion of plastic filament. Great for functional parts, brackets, prototypes. Bed up to 300 × 300 × 400 mm, layer 0.08 – 0.30 mm.
MSLA (Masked SLA resin) — for fine detail. UV light cures a vat of liquid resin a layer at a time. Bed 218 × 123 × 250 mm, layer 0.025 – 0.10 mm.
MJF / SLS coming Q3 2026 — for high-volume production-grade nylon parts.
Finishing services
- Manual sanding (400 → 2000 grit)
- Primer + paint (RAL, Pantone or matching swatch)
- Vapour smoothing (ABS, ASA)
- Nylon dyeing (any colour)
- Threaded heat-set inserts (M2 to M6)
- Assembly and packaging for short runs
