A clinic platform, rebuilt in three months
Version two of a commercial clinic-management product, restarted on a new foundation because version one could not carry what was being asked of it.
Version one was full of problems. I started version two when I joined, and it took three months to rebuild it on a new Odoo base — chosen to widen what the product could do rather than to patch what it could not. A Vue front end with Vuex, a Flask API underneath it, and a Flutter app alongside. It runs a clinic end to end: appointments with video consultations, patient records, rooms and staff, billing and expenses, several locations at once, messaging and campaigns, and analytics.
Started and rebuilt version two, full-stack down to the database.
Live and sold as a commercial product. It is the one thing here a visitor can go and look at without asking anybody.
